SPOKEN ANALYSIS OF INTERRUPTION IN RESEARCH SEMINAR

This paper focus to analyze interruptions among presenter, advisors, examiners, and audiences in research seminar forum. based on a study conducted 2022 at Post Graduate Program State University of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. To collect data, the researcher recorded were obtained, transcribed, analyzed by using discourse analysis approach. Interruption analysis. The results this are stated as follows, four types interruption occurs through seminar. They simple interruption, overlap silent butting-in interruption. highest frequency is Simple appears 11extract, 1 times out 26 total data extract. lowest obtained with 2 kind spoken which analyzes interactions, it also includes identify definition described those features different context interactions
